A:Of course ,we have to know your application firstly and a number of factors have to be considered, such as work load, safety abrasion, environment ,cycle life, flexibility, , cost, When we design the steel wire cable assembly.
Q: What’s the safety factor of your product?
A: General, use one 7:1 or 6:1 or 5:1safety factor when we design it according to different countries’ requirement.
For example: the breaking load is 1000N, the safety factor is 5:1, the working load is only 200N.
Please note that the breaking strength should never be considered the rope's working load.
