Product Overview
The rope core includes a steel-reinforced fiber core (8x19W+8x7+FC). In contrast to ordinary elevator ropes, it features a larger nominal cross-sectional area and therefore achieves higher breaking strength. During installation and usage, the extra fiber layer provides excellent elongation properties and effectively prevents cross-sectional deformation of the rope as it passes over traction sheaves and deflection sheaves. Consequently, this rope is primarily utilized in elevator applications where the operational service life of the rope is dictated more by bending cycles than by sheave wear.
