Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are one of the biggest and professional manufactures in Nantong.We established in 1994.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For standard specifications, our minimum order quantity is 5,000 metres per size. However, the minimum order quantity for steel wire ropes of different constructions may vary. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Q: How about your lead time?
A:Under normal circumstances, the delivery time is about 45 to 50 days. But because of the high temperature, it will be a little longer in summer. The most important factors are the quantity, sizes and constructions of the sale contract.
Q: What are your accepted payment terms?
A: We generally accept T/T (30% deposit in advance, and the balance 70% against the copy of B/L) and L/C at sight. Other payment methods can also be negotiated for long-term partners.
Q: Do you provide OEM and ODM custom services?
A: Yes, we offer professional OEM and ODM services. We can customize the steel wire rope structures, diameters, surface treatments (such as galvanized or colored paint), tensile strengths, and packaging (such as small coils or wooden reels) according to your specific requirements.
Q: Could you send us the samples?
