Production process

Usually, the rope is 1000M/plywood reel.
Shenwei can package the rope by plywood reels(500M-2000M), soft coils(10M-200M), plastic reels(100-300M) and other packages according to customer’s requirement.

A: Our capacity is 1000tons per month, about 50 containers.

A: No. Unfortunately, Nantong government don’t allowed Galvanized production line now because of pollution. Now we are buying semi-finished galvanized wires from other cities. Pls don’t worry, the quality of all of semi-finished wires is guaranteed, we inspect their quality routinely.
