Precision-drawn from selected low-to-high carbon steel rods (spanning economical Q195 and Q235 up to high-tensile 45#, 60#, 65#, 70#, 80#, and 82B carbon steel grades), this steel wire delivers exceptional tensile capacity, ultra-low elongation under tension, and long-term mechanical protection for delicate optical fibers.
Engineered with continuous tight dimensional tolerances in the fine 0.4mm to 2.0mm diameter range, SHENWEI's optical cable wire acts as a rigid structural spine. It effectively absorbs severe tensile forces during cable pulling, outdoor overhead installation, and thermal expansion/contraction, preventing catastrophic fiber signal attenuation or glass fracture. Available with a high-adhesion Phosphated finish (optimized for PE sheath bonding) or a bright Galvanized coating (for maximum moisture defense), our wire guarantees flawless payout on high-speed telecommunication cable extrusion lines globally.
