Braided wire rope
The weaving method is to bend the top of the rope into a ring, the side of the ring is bent into a core ring, so that the end of the rope (short end) tip of the core ring and the rope body (long end) part of the joint, and then use the steel wire to tie the part of the rope together, relying on the sliding friction of the two rope segments to fix the crane with the rope tail. Safety basic requirements braiding length should be greater than 15 times the diameter of the crane wire rope, should not be less than 300mm; The compressive strength of the connection is not less than 75%.

Wire rope clamp fixed
The removal of wire rope clamp is simple and reliable, and has been widely used. When the wire rope clip is fixed, it is necessary to pay attention to the total number of wire rope clips, the spacing of wire rope clips, and the compressive strength of the fixed position along the direction of the wire rope clip. The strength of the fixed contact should not be less than 85% of the breaking resistance of the rope used in the crane. The total number of wire rope clamps increases according to the increase in the diameter of wire rope used by the crane. For example, the radius of the wire rope used by the crane is 16mm, and three wire rope clips can be used; When the radius of the crane wire rope is 45mm, more than 6 wire rope clamps are needed to achieve the compressive strength of the fixed position. The pin of the wire rope should be at the short end of the wire rope used by the crane, and the U-shaped prefabricated member should be at the short end and should not be reversed or tipped. Rope clamp spacing should not be less than 6 times the diameter of the rope used by the crane.

The diagonal wedge and wedge sleeve are connected with the wire rope
The crane uses one end of the wire rope to bypass the wedge, and the clamping action of the wedge in the stainless steel sleeve specification makes the crane and the wire rope fixed. The greater the carrying capacity, the inclination of the wedge in the sleeve specification has a very tight effect on the wire rope crane. The compressive strength at the fixed point is about 75% to 85% of the strength of the rope itself.
